1. Do you travel for destination weddings?

Absolutely! I love capturing love stories wherever they take me. Whether you're planning a beachfront ceremony, a mountain getaway, or a destination celebration in another state or abroad, I'd be honored to document your special day.

Travel can be included in a custom wedding collection based on your destination and coverage needs. I'll work with you to create a personalized package that outlines any travel and accommodation requirements, so everything is clear and stress-free from the start.

2. Do you help with planning our engagement session?

Absolutely! I'll help you every step of the way. From choosing the perfect location and the best time of day for beautiful natural light to offering outfit recommendations and planning a session that reflects your personalities, I'm here to make the process easy and enjoyable.

Whether you envision a romantic beach sunset, a charming downtown stroll, or a location that's meaningful to your relationship, we'll create a session that feels authentic to you. I'll also provide gentle guidance throughout the shoot, so you never have to worry about how to pose. My goal is to create a relaxed experience where you can simply enjoy your time together while I capture genuine, timeless moments.

3. What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

Your session or wedding date is reserved exclusively for you once your contract is signed and the retainer is paid. Because I turn away other inquiries for that date, retainers are non-refundable.

If you need to cancel your booking, please notify me as soon as possible. Any payments made beyond the non-refundable retainer will be handled according to the terms outlined in your photography agreement.

If you need to reschedule, I will do my best to accommodate your new date based on availability. For weddings, if your new date is available, your retainer may be transferred to the rescheduled date. If I am unavailable for the new date, the original retainer will remain non-refundable.

In the event of severe weather, emergencies, or circumstances beyond our control for portrait or engagement sessions, we'll work together to reschedule your session at no additional charge. If from out of town it will be handled on an individual basis.

4. Do you offer digital files, prints, or albums?

Yes! Every collection includes professionally edited, high-resolution digital images delivered through a private online gallery, where you can easily download, share, and preserve your memories.

DO YOU REQUIRE A DEPOSIT?

Yes! A non-refundable retainer is required to officially reserve your date. Because I only book a limited number of weddings and sessions each year, your date cannot be held without a retainer. The remaining balance is due before your wedding or session.

This ensures your date is exclusively reserved for you and allows me to provide the best experience from planning through delivery.

6. Can I request specific poses or shots?

Absolutely! I love hearing your ideas and encourage you to share any must-have poses, family groupings, or inspiration before your session or wedding day. While I'll make sure to capture those important moments, I'll also guide you with natural posing and candid prompts so your photos feel genuine, relaxed, and true to you. My goal is to create a gallery that reflects your personality while documenting all the meaningful moments you'll want to remember.

7. Can we meet before the session?

Of course! I love getting to know my clients before we work together. We can connect over a phone call, video chat, or meet in person when possible to discuss your vision, answer any questions, and help you feel comfortable before your session or wedding day. Building that connection beforehand makes the experience more relaxed and allows me to capture authentic moments that truly reflect you.

8. How long till I receive the final photos?

Delivery times vary depending on the type of session. Portrait sessions are typically delivered within 2–3 weeks, while wedding galleries are delivered within 6–8 weeks. You'll also receive a few sneak peek images within 48–72 hours of your wedding or session so you can relive the excitement and share your favorites while your full gallery is being carefully edited.
